To start this issue you should talk to the NPC Pet Manager Cooper in Giran.
Choose the Little Wing quest after speaking to Cooper, he will ask you to talk to the NPC Elder Cronos which is in Hunter Village. When speaking with Cronos, choose the option “I will make a regular Fairy Stone”.
Note: If you choose “I will make the Deluxe Fairy Stone” you will have more items to complete this part of the quest, beyond that difença you will receive as a reward food for your baby dragon, and Lineage II Elite the pets do not need food, ie compensates not choose this option.
Choosing the option “I will make a regular Fairy Stone”, Cronos will give you a list of items you should be able to (Fairy Stone List):

-10 Charcoal
-3 Silver Nuggets
-1 D-Grade Gemstone
-10 Toad Lord Skins
Items Coal, Charcoal and Silver Nuggets you can get through a Bounty Hunter (spoiler), buying by other players on the server or in drops of mobs of Seven Signs (Catacombs). Already D-Grade Gemstone you can buy at any Blacksmith in cities.
Already 10 Toad Lord Skins you have to hunt the mob Toad Lord that is located in the region of Cruma Marshlands, take normal teleport and go to Cruma Tower, the mobs are out of the tower.
After getting all the items, take them to Maria in Dion Grocery Store in return she will give you the Fairy Stone. Take Cronos in Hunter Village, which will ask you to talk to the NPC Guard Byron.
Byron will ask you to locate Mimyu Fairy in The Enchanted Valley. Use the nobles teleport Hunter Village – Northern Pathway to the Enchanted Valley that will be faster, if not nobles, you will need to go walking Hunter Village.
Fairy Mimyu ask you a dragon egg, there are 5 types of dragon eggs that you can choose. Your pick should be made to speak to one of those five dragons: Drake Exarion, Drake Kalibran, Wyrm Suzet, Shamhai Wyrm, Drake Zwov, which determine the type of mob you should kill.
The consequence of the choice between dragons are:
Drake Exarion: Hunt down the mob Leto Lizardman Warriors
Drake Kalibran: Hunt down the mob Road Scavengers
Wyrm Suzet: Hunt down the mob Breka Orc Overlords
Wyrm Shamhai: Hunt down the mob Death Seekers
Drake Zwov: Hunt down the mob Marsh Spiders
For both choices you should get 20 eggs (if you watch the name of mobs not to be confused).
