    The Russian Helicopters production holding was not in the eyes of experts good, and the helicopter described in this article was developed long before the appearance of this sharashkin office.     At one point in time, Helicopters of Russia JSC, created exclusively for pumping out financial resources from enterprises in the industry, realized at a certain stage that no one in the world (and Russia too) takes this group of “effective helicopter pilots” seriously. Since all industry experts understand why this control add-in is actually created. Many years of attempts to present JSC “Russian Helicopters” in the information space as “one of the world leaders in the helicopter industry, the only developer and manufacturer of helicopters in Russia” did not bring results. Although, it seems to me that here the theory of the “Window of Overture Opportunities” was fully used. By hammering every publication into the minds of the public that Russian Helicopters JSC is a “world leader and sole developer,” the holding's leaders hope that this will produce results. But, apparently, the process is not going very fast, and therefore, in order to raise the profile of this joint-stock dummy, the position of general designer was introduced. It is noteworthy that in the new edition of its charter, approved by protocol No. 25 at the annual meeting of shareholders on 01.07.2016/3.2/XNUMX, Russian Helicopters JSC actually declared itself a “piece of the state”, writing it down in clause XNUMX. the phrase: "the formation and management of the corporate structure of helicopter enterprises in order to ensure the interests of the Russian Federation ...". This gives all reasons to believe that the leaders of the holding suffer the deepest degree of mental retardation, because, being in their right mind, to apply for state functions - this means actually shaking the foundations of the existing state system of the Russian Federation. A sane citizen will definitely not do this. And if these people also manage the whole helicopter industry, then it is obvious that we need to prepare for the worst, because dementia and courage are not the best friends in corporate governance.

    So, after the adoption of the new edition of the charter, the introduction of the position of holding general designer followed. If you look at this event deeper, then it is actually a landmark (with a negative effect) for the Russian helicopter industry. The fact is that in Russia there are two areas represented by the design schools of Mikhail Mil and Nikolai Kamov. The introduction of the “double-general” post, in fact, makes secondary posts of the real general designers of the above scientific schools secondary. And this is a direct path to their destruction. It seems that the leadership of JSC Russian Helicopters has been working tirelessly for this year. An example is the recent interview of Igor Chechikov, the deputy general director of the holding, who said: “... at present, PJSC AOK PROGRESS (part of the Russian Helicopters holding), which was developing a modification of this helicopter, is taking measures to expand the capabilities of these machines” . Speaking about the capabilities of the Ka-52 helicopter in the general phrases of a classic amateur, Chechikov actually blundered. Apparently, highlighting the tendency of the leadership of the helicopter holding to destroy the N. Kamov design school. After all, everyone knows that the developer of the Ka-52 helicopter (made on the basis of the Ka-50 helicopter) is Kamov JSC. And certainly not the PJSC AAC Progress, which is just a serial plant producing these helicopters. By the way, this helicopter was created long before the appearance of Russian Helicopters JSC and the current administrative mechanism, which calls itself a holding, has nothing to do with it. Of course, this can be attributed to the traditional ignorance of the leadership of Russian Helicopters JSC, but taking into account the introduction of the “double general” position, Chechikov’s statement should be taken seriously. Indeed, in order for the Russian Helicopters JSC to be recognized as the only developer in the world and in Russia, two existing design schools must be destroyed. Not for nothing that Helicopters of Russia JSC claims that they are the only helicopter developer in Russia. And this statement is identical to the fact that others simply do not exist.

    In order to assert itself and to raise its own “significance” in the eyes of the public, the holding company Helicopters of Russia introduces the post of its own general designer. Nikolai Pavlenko is appointed to this position (as the site of the company tells of August 24, 2016), and now he is not only a gene. Designer, but also Deputy General Director of Russian Helicopters JSC.

    It is worth noting that Nikolai Pavlenko is already "once general." In 2014, he was appointed general designer of JSC “MVZ im. M.L. Mile ”, that is, a real, not virtual (which is Helicopters of Russia JSC) developer. Now, therefore, he is twice general. Given that there are still two developers in Russia (KB Mil and Kamov), having received the "double-general" chair, Nikolay Pavlenko will be the head of Sergei Mikheev (general designer of the Kamov scientific school of helicopter engineering) and himself - general designer of the Milev school.

    The choice fell on Nikolai Pavlenko not by chance. His eminence, he is fully obliged to the parasitic holding company, who appointed him to the post of general designer of the Milev school. We will not give an assessment of this appointment, Nikolay Pavlenko, undoubtedly, an expert in the industry, but there is some fact that he gives a "smell". In 2006, patent No. 56329 "The ending of a helicopter blade" was issued. The invention is a collective one, the Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov heads the list of “inventors”, and Nikolay Pavlenko is among the inventors. It is clear that Manturov, as a sociologist by training, most likely did not invent any “ending”, but Pavlenko could - this is precisely his specialization. Therefore, the presence of Manturov in the “inventors” suggests that Pavlenko is completely loyal to the team of “effective helicopter pilots”, which, at the suggestion of the Minister Denis Manturov, is operating in the industry. Therefore, he will do everything that his masters do not order him, and no common sense should be expected from him.

    At the same time, the general designer of the Kamov school Hero of Russia Sergey Mikheev, whose authority in the scientific community is indisputable, could become a possible candidate for the post of “twice general”. The intractable Mikheev has long been a headache for "effective helicopter pilots." But they are forced to put up with his merits. So the introduction of the “double general” post is also a struggle with the Kamov school in the person of Sergei Mikheev. That is why Chechikov said that now it is the serial plant, and not Kamov, which is developing the Ka-52 helicopter. He really didn’t make a slip of the tongue - after reading the details of this story, one gets the impression that, as part of the destruction program of old Soviet design schools, all the refinement of existing helicopters is transferred to serial plants. It is clear that in this case no new models should be expected, since factories can only carry out minor improvements previously launched in a series of models. Methods seem to border on state treason. And the introduction of the post of General Designer in the administrative superstructure of Russian Helicopters JSC is the final link in this strange activity.

    Earlier, declaring the raising of the status of general designers, Dmitry Rogozin motivated this by the struggle with “effective managers” who seized power in the industry. The President of the country agreed with this and issued Decree No. 18 of January 19.01.2015, XNUMX, approving the procedure for the appointment of general designers by the Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation. Judging by the status of the general designer of Russian Helicopters JSC, this commission should approve it. Consequently, the responsibility for all the tricks of “effective helicopter pilots” is now borne by the state. It is interesting whether the members of the Military-Industrial Commission understood, asserting the position of general designer of JSC Russian Helicopters, that this position was introduced in the administrative superstructure, which has absolutely nothing to do with the process of helicopter design. Moreover, in affirming this position, members of the Military-Industrial Commission became actual accomplices in the defeat of world-famous Russian design schools.
