This X132 Hellcat Combat prototype was commissioned by and handcrafted for James Hoegh of Sunbury, Pennsylvania.. Hoegh will pilot this machine in his quest to set a land speed record this weekend in the APF 3000 category at the 2012 BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials on the Bonneville Salt Flats. The prototype X132 Hellcat Combat is a modified version of the company’s X132 Hellcat. The record currently stands at 168.912 mph..
The company plans to produce a limited number of production X132 Hellcat Combats next spring. Confederate’s founder and CEO, Matt Chambers, says the production version of the X132 Hellcat Combat will be the last of a breed. “There will be no more big block Confederates after the Combat examples are produced next spring. These examples, represented by the experimental Combat prototype, are going to
be the end of an era for massive displacement American V-twins packaged as fully structural components within a billet case and handmade chassis. No expense will be spared in our effort to memorialize this passing as the definitive exclamation point.”
The prototype X132 Hellcat Combat features a modified version of the 132 cubic inch (2163cc) S&S XWedge engine used in the production version of the X132 Hellcat. Modifications include:
• Prototype dual track intake with twin 58mm throttle bodies
• Prototype 618 cams with custom length pushrods and tubes
• CNC ported heads with smoothed 113cc chambers and ports
• Modified intake and exhaust valves
• .650 lift Sidewinder springs
• 1.8:1 aluminum roller rocker arms
• Modified oil pump with reduced thickness feed gears and modified bypass circuit
• Annealed copper head gaskets
• Radiused crankshaft
• 11:1 compression ratio (shorter cylinders and decked heads)
• Modified throttle body back plates to compensate for cut heads
front brake? looks fast though..god luck

If I had the $ I would have a Confederate. I like them.
@ a 1 cycles..,
As Burt Munro said: Its meant go, not to stop…
“…end of an era for massive displacement American V-twins packaged as fully structural components within a billet case and handmade chassis…” No it ain’t – like the electric guitar, it will take a well deserved sabbatical, then it will be back “stronger” than ever before.
Suggestion: let’s start making fewer people and there will again be space to make more machines.
Mostly, this stuff makes me miss Buell.
We need a pic of the right side.
I always find the Confederate bikes to look like the ultimate Mad Max type bike that’s ready to do what ever it takes to get the job done.
I would trade my wife for this.
ahahahahahaha………..see you later honey!!!
always vicious sleds!
end of their era of big block motors. There are other shops doing big block motors in a more comprehensive sporting chassis.

What a beast !!!!
Ugly as sin but you are not Profiling with a bike like this

Think that is on of kind project the most concrete and done on motorbike die cast ever done since last 15 years
I’m not certain but this might be the ugliest motorcycle I have ever seen, even uglier than a Victory Vision.
