• Brie Larson just posted yet ~another~ workout video on Instagram, and this time, she's pushing a sled outdoors.
  • The 32-year-old actress is extremely committed to her workout routine, doing weight lifting, pole dancing, and other rigorous activities.
  • It seems like the Captain Marvel actor never does the same workout twice.

Oh, don’t mind Brie Larson. She’s just over on Instagram, posting all of her hardcore workouts that somehow have us extremely inspired and also thinking HOW?! at the same time. But that’s what I love about her—she defies all expectations of what a workout routine should look like (if I had the planning skills to mix up my workouts as often as she does, I’d be unstoppable)—and she looks amazing while doing it. She is the strongest avenger, after all.

Brie, 32, continued to crush this week’s workouts, when she posted four shots of what looks like a very sweaty exercise sesh on Instagram. There she is, outside, pushing a sled with tires (which looks very heavy) across the ground.

And she does all this while wearing a cute white baseball cap, a nude hoodie, and some gray yoga pants. She’s smiling in the photos, so I'm hoping that means she is enjoying her afternoon sweat.

“Hey, Siri - play "Push it" by Salt-N-Pepa,” she captioned the photo.

Of course, her fans went nuts in the comments section, and for good reason. “Strongest avenger ✨❤️💫,” one follower wrote. “Yes Captain 💪😎,” another commented.

But this outdoor session gives only a sneak peek at all the different ways Brie likes to exercise. She’s also frequently in the gym, doing pull-ups and flipping herself upside down.

She’s dabbled in pole dancing.

And she’s even doing push-ups with chains, naturally, because normal push-ups aren’t hard enough.

Brie never does the same workout twice, it seems like—she even uses innovative objects as weights (see: this 16 pound sledgehammer—she may be Captain Marvel, but it’s giving Thor).

Before filming her movies, the Avengers: Endgame actor went from being unable to “walk up a hill without being out of breath” to doing four reps of hip thrusts with 400 pounds of weights, per People. In fact, before beginning training to become Captain Marvel, she didn’t even really like working out. But now that she’s taken on the role and become stronger than ever, she’s gotten super into it.

"When people say like, 'Oh, girls can't do that,' it just makes me wanna do it even more," she told People. "So there were huge accomplishments this time and I just feel like my body's just getting more and more used to this and more and more excited."

I’m here for it. Keep slaying, Brie.
