Joseph Baena loves to share photos of his gym progress on social media, and this week he took part in the #ClassicChallenge, where people are nominated to recreate classic poses from the history of bodybuilding. So naturally, Baena decided to channel his famous dad, and strike a classic Arnold Schwarzenegger pose from the '70s.

Baena shared the homage to his father on Instagram and nominated three other friends to strike their favorite iconic pose.

Looks like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree... or Austrian Oak, in this case. Baena, who looks more than just a little like his dad, has been known to mimic poses from Schwarzenegger's bodybuilding career before. In January, he nailed a reenactment of a famous Arnold photo from 1976.

When Baena isn't posting photographic tributes to his dad on social media, he's busy pumping iron (he loves working out so much he had a gym-themed birthday party this year), and often works out with his dad. He recently said that he is the "best training partner in the world," and he's not wrong: who could ask for a better gym buddy than Arnold god damn Schwarzenegger?

At the age of 72, he still has arms that put the rest of us to shame, and quite rightly. After all, he has been perfecting his own technique for decades, from his days competing in Mr. Olympia to training for this year's new Terminator movie. And he isn't shy about pointing out when other people are doing something wrong: he recently admitted that bad form annoys him so much he sometimes approaches strangers in the gym to correct them.
