While featuring in Jimmy Kimmel’s show, Arnold was welcomed with a huge round of applause by the audience. Moreover, this enthusiasm of the audience gave him a flashback to his bodybuilding times, and he said, “Well, I thought I was in a bodybuilding competition because you had standing ovations always when I was posing, so this is what this was.”

Jimmy followed up with a question. He asked, “What did that feel like to be out there with almost no clothes on, flexing your muscles and people going crazy?” To which Arnold replied, “Oh it felt fantastic, it’s like you know, it’s something you always dreamt of as a little kid.” 

The Art of Posing 

Arnold is a believer that posing is an art, which has to be excelled by a bodybuilder to succeed. It is one of the factors that helped him in his successful bodybuilding career. In 2016, when he was asked about him practicing posing back in his days. 

Arnold replied, “Well, to me it’s again it goes back to art.” He added, “If you don’t present your body and the muscular development that you have developed in the right way. If you don’t study the way to pose that the orders muscles really come out, and how you move gracefully from one pose to the next and how you keep waist in and do all of those kinds of things, you don’t have anything.”
