DOTZ 4x4 is responding to this boom by expanding its range of durable rims that not only handle tough off-road use effortlessly but also look fantastic. With the Dakar, 4x4 specialist DOTZ has created not only a visually striking piece of solid steel.
In the new bronze colour variant, the Dakar harmonises and contrasts with many exterior colours of heavy and medium SUVs as well as off-road vehicles such as the Ford Ranger, Mitsubishi Pajero, Toyota Hilux, and many other leading manufacturers.
Powerful design for the beast
With its load capacity of 1,150kg, which is reflected in the powerful design of the Dakar, it is the top choice for the “big boys” like the Ford Ranger Raptor, which is equipped with the one-piece heavy-duty rim shown in our picture.
The little brother of the Baja hero F-150 Raptor handles quarry and gravel pits very well, but despite its ruggedness, it is also a mighty transport talent that can score points in everyday use with its 213 diesel horsepower and 500 Nm of torque and its robust elegance. The DOTZ Dakar bronze is available in the dimension 7x16 (additionally in 8x18 from autumn 2023).
Meeting point for off-road fans and adventure seekers
A highlight of the year for all outdoor and off-road fans, DOTZ is celebrating once again this year from June 8th to 11th in Bad Kissingen: 300 exhibitors from around the world welcome globetrotters to one of the most important trade shows on the topic.
The ABENTEUER ALLRAD (Adventure All-Wheel) opens its doors again and showcases why the exhibition has become a second home for nature-loving outdoor and off-road fans with numerous exhibits and offers.

DOTZ 4x4 also embraces the off-road theme and showcases not only the off-road specialists from its range at its representative booth. The highlight at the DOTZ booth is an impressive Ford Ranger Wildtrack Pickup.

The biggest brands in the off-road segment
The focus of the ABENTEUER ALLRAD exhibition lies on exhibits from the off-road, caravanning, and overlanding scenes of all leading manufacturers. This includes the most important 4x4 series vehicles, quads, ATCs, pickups, conversions and modifications of expedition and camper vans, as well as spare parts, accessories such as our DOTZ 4x4 rims, clothing, and (roof) tents. Numerous innovations are also presented in these areas. Many travel organisers use ABENTEUER ALLRAD to present their offerings, ranging from day events to multi-week extreme tours.
A highlight is the lecture by Arount the Earth offroader Dr.Gerfried "Friedl" Swoboda followed by a Q&A session, selfie, and autograph opportunities.
