Sarah A. Burke

Sarah A. Burke advises clients on qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans, employee benefits issues in corporate transactions, executive compensation issues and fiduciary issues arising in connection with the investment of employee benefit plan assets.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Burke served as an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation department of three U.S.-based law firms. Before law school, Ms. Burke served as a Teach for America Corps Member and taught kindergarten in Los Angeles, California.
