Eligibility Worker-Transferring a SNAP/TANF Case with a SNAPET or VIEW Enrollment to a Different Agency

About

Currently, VaCMS allows an eligibility worker to reassign a SNAP or TANF case to a worker in a different agency. In VaCMS, the TANF or SNAP eligibility worker must completely transfer a case using the Case / Application Reassignment page before the ESP enrollment is transferred correctly.
