Brie Larson made a stunning style statement on the SAG Awards 2024 carpet Saturday night, wearing a custom Versace crop top and maxi skirt as she walked the red carpet.
The “Lessons in Chemistry” actress, 34, sizzled in her two-piece look, showing off her toned midsection in the on-trend crop top, which featured a crisscross bustline and long sleeves.
The star — who told E!’s Laverne Cox that the custom look was inspired by a photo of Claudia Schiffer from a 1994 issue of Vogue — paired the top with a billowing ballgown-style skirt with a gathered waistband that matched the detail on her top.
She wore her blond hair down in soft waves, coordinating her peachy makeup to her outfit.
The star is nominated for best female actor in a TV movie or miniseries for her role in “Lessons in Chemistry,” an Apple TV series about a woman who defies the odds to become a chemist — and later a cooking show host — in 1950s America.
Her coral outfit follows the Barbie-esque lavender dress she wore on the Golden Globes red carpet, with the full-skirted 1950s-style frock fitting in perfectly with her show’s era.
Larson also sobbed while meeting Jennifer Lopez on the red carpet, telling the “Jenny from the Block” singer that she was one of her idols.
“I saw ‘Selena’ and it made me want to be an actor and you’ve always meant so much to me,” Larson told Lopez, who started to tear up as well.
