The work is located in the southwest of the Rectorate Building on Ankara Street. The madrasa was built by Karatay bin Abdullah, known as Mir Celalettin, who was the vizier of Izzeddin Kaykaus II, in 1251. The building materials include clean cut and rubble stone and brick. There is a large portal on the left side of the façade. The entryway leads to an inner courtyard and then to the madrasa structure. The building is located in Selcuklu District, Ferhuniye Neighborhood, Ankara Street No:1. It was created in the year 1251 using the Seljuk building technique. The structure was built in masonry construction technique and is made of clean cut stone, rubble stone and brick.
