We were delighted to have the Premier of New South Wales, Chris Minns and Minister for Roads, John Graham earlier this week tour our largest ever distribution center, which is under construction at Mirvac’s Aspect Precinct in Kemps Creek. Winning Services General Manager Harry Boileau and Winning Group’s Chief Financial Officer Brett Owers, General Counsel Amy Cowper and Head of Team Experience Ed Brenac together with Mirvac’s Richard Seddon and Stuart Penklis, showed New South Wales Premier, Chris Minns and Minister for Roads, John Graham around the 66,610 sqm DC, With 76 docks, our Winning Services Kemps Creek DC will support the future growth of the Group, which includes leading retailers Winning Appliances, Appliances Online, Andoo, and our 3PL offering. Targeting 6 Star Green Star Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and with a dedicated area to facilitate the continued recycling of returned products and packaging, our Winning Services DC will also support our sustainability initiatives and Group mission. We are pleased to be moving to Kemps Creek in July once construction is complete, as it ensures that we are ideally located to the growing population of the Western and South Western corridors, while also being well positioned to bring our legendary care to our customers across New South Wales. #winninggroup #legendarycare #kempscreekdc

We are pleased to present our FY23 Modern Slavery Statement. With a mission to create the best experiences in the world, for the world, respect and care for people are deeply entrenched into our business. Our key focus in relation to our Modern Slavery actions and objectives in FY23 has been on conducting due diligence on our suppliers to assist in minimising risks associated with modern slavery, carbon emissions, and encouraging and supporting their progress relating to sustainable packaging. We are committed to conducting business in an ethical and sustainable way, and to mitigate modern slavery risks, including in our supply chains. We surveyed over 90% of our trade supply chain by dollar spend, with approximately 93.4% of these suppliers demonstrating alignment with our supplier code of conduct. We also rolled out a Group-wide Modern Slavery Training Module, with 74% of team members completing the module, exceeding our FY23 target of 70%. Moving forward into FY2024 and beyond, we will continue to progress our Responsible Sourcing Roadmap and work to achieve the objectives and commitments for governance, systems and processes, risk management and due diligence, training, awareness and engagement, monitoring and reporting.
