The Plaguefather’s Nurglings by Sam Flegal, copyright Games-Workshop 2015

The Plaguefather’s Nurglings is a painting I did for Warhammer 40K – Conquest, The Scourge expansion. I love Nurgle and it was fun to get to do a painting with Ku’Gath and some dirty slimy nurglings.

The original oil painting was deemed to colorful for Nurgle, so I made several digital edits. You can see the final version above, and the original oil painting below:
