Aquatic Moss, whose scientific name is Vesicularia, is a hardy plant requiring very little attention. Grows well under most conditions requiring little demands on lights and CO2. Excellent plant to grow on driftwood, bogwood or stone, giving the aquarium the "mossy look" effect. |

There are 2 types of moss commonly available in Singapore.
They are the Java Moss and the Xmas Moss. |
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
 |
|
|
|
Java Moss branches are longer whereas Xmas Moss branches shorter and more compact. Xmas Moss ressemble the ferns of the Xmas tree hence the name.
Java Moss is easier to grow and less expensive than the Xmas Moss. And without doubt, Xmas Moss is much more beautiful and fascinating. |

Introducing the concept of home grown Harvest on Demand Xmas Moss, I am able to provide you very fresh and healthy Xmas Moss that you can tie to your own favourite piece of driftwood to create that unqiue wonderful mossy effect.
The Xmas Moss are painstaking cultivated and grown in my 5 foot tank for months before they can be harvested.

The Xmas Moss will be harvested and packed in ZipLock bags upon order and just before collection. Only S$10 per bag.
Each ZipLock bag measures 165mm x 150mm. Each bag contains sufficient Xmas Moss for you to tie to 2-3 pieces of decent sized driftwoods.
Due to slow growing nature of Xmas Moss, supply is limited. So hurry to place your orders. |
